Welcome to SEO Acuity. By accessing or using our website at seoacuity.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. About SEO Acuity

SEO Acuity is an Organic Growth Architecture firm registered and operating from Cairo, Egypt (130 Salah El-Din Al-Ayoubi St, El Hadaba El Wosta, Mokattam, Cairo, Egypt). We provide SEO strategy, organic growth architecture, technical SEO, content strategy, programmatic SEO, off-page authority building, and AI search optimization services to businesses operating primarily in the GCC and MENA region.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting seoacuity.com, submitting an inquiry, booking a consultation, or entering into a service agreement with SEO Acuity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, prospects, and clients.

3. Services

SEO Acuity provides professional SEO and organic growth services as described on our website and in individual service agreements. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and terms of any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or service agreement between SEO Acuity and the client.

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to provide services. All engagements begin only upon execution of a signed agreement and receipt of any applicable payment.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Content All content on seoacuity.com — including text, graphics, frameworks, methodologies, logos, and visual assets — is the intellectual property of SEO Acuity and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from this website without our prior written consent.

4.2 Client Deliverables Upon full payment of agreed fees, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables specified in their service agreement. This does not include SEO Acuity’s underlying proprietary frameworks, methodologies, SOPs, or systems — including but not limited to the Organic Growth Foundation™ methodology — which remain the exclusive intellectual property of SEO Acuity.

4.3 Third-Party Tools Some deliverables may reference or incorporate outputs from third-party tools (keyword research platforms, analytics tools, etc.). Use of those outputs is subject to the terms of the relevant third-party providers.

5. Client Responsibilities

To enable SEO Acuity to deliver services effectively, clients agree to:

  • Provide timely access to required platforms, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and website CMS or hosting where applicable
  • Provide accurate and complete information about their business, products, services, and target market
  • Assign a designated point of contact who can review strategy documents, provide approvals, and respond to requests within agreed timeframes
  • Ensure their development team or webmaster can implement technical recommendations in a reasonable timeframe
  • Not engage in practices that violate search engine guidelines during the engagement

Delays caused by client-side inaction, slow approvals, or failure to implement recommendations may affect timelines and outcomes. SEO Acuity is not responsible for results delayed or diminished by client-side factors outside our control.

6. Results Disclaimer

SEO and organic growth involve complex, evolving systems including search engine algorithms, competitive landscapes, and market demand — none of which SEO Acuity controls. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes.

What we commit to is a documented strategy, transparent execution, clear reporting, and a working methodology based on established best practices and our proprietary architecture frameworks. Results vary based on market competitiveness, starting domain authority, implementation speed, and other factors.

Any projections or estimates provided during the sales or strategy process are indicative only and do not constitute a guarantee of performance.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of an engagement — including business strategy, client data, pricing, deliverables, and proprietary frameworks. This obligation survives the termination of the service relationship.

SEO Acuity will not disclose client information to third parties except as required to deliver the agreed services (e.g., using analytics platforms or outreach tools) or as required by law.

Clients agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute SEO Acuity’s proprietary deliverables, frameworks, or strategic documents with third parties without prior written consent.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in individual service agreements. General principles that apply across all engagements:

  • Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the service agreement
  • Work does not commence or continue where payment obligations are outstanding
  • All fees are non-refundable once a phase of work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • SEO Acuity reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the notice period specified in the relevant service agreement. In the absence of a specific agreement:

  • Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
  • Work completed up to the termination date is billable and payable
  • Upon termination, each party will return or delete the other’s confidential information upon request

SEO Acuity reserves the right to terminate an engagement immediately and without notice if a client engages in practices that are illegal, violate search engine guidelines, or are inconsistent with our white-hat methodology.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SEO Acuity’s total liability to any client for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three months preceding the claim.

SEO Acuity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

SEO Acuity is not liable for ranking drops, traffic losses, or other organic performance changes caused by search engine algorithm updates, competitor actions, or client-side implementation failures.

11. Website Use

By using seoacuity.com, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce site content without written permission
  • Submit false or misleading information through any form or inquiry

SEO Acuity reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the website for any user who violates these terms.

12. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for reference or informational purposes. SEO Acuity is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party sites and does not endorse them by linking to them.

13. Changes to These Terms

SEO Acuity reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms or from service engagements with SEO Acuity shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
